摘要
目的:对周边视野检查常常是根据临床经验判断病眼周边视野病变的大小及位置,存在主观影响。人眼周边视野缺陷定量分析方法可以减少人为因素的影响。方法:①周边视野检查采用的是弧形板视野计,对传统的仪器进行了改造,将记录针改为记录笔,在记录纸上记录一系列离散的点图,用CCD数字照相系统将纸记录转化为数字图像。②利用禁忌搜索算法对离散点进行搜索,找到病眼周边视野曲线,并将病眼视野曲线同标准视野曲线进行比较,得到视野缺陷图。利用图像处理中的区域标识与面积计算方法可得到视野缺损面积的定量结果。结果:①通过计算机可绘制周边视野图,将病眼曲线与标准曲线在同一视图中显示,或者将病眼的历次检查结果曲线在同一视图显示,便于医生对病情进展或治疗情况进行分析。②可以得到视野缺陷图,并可对视野缺陷面积进行定量分析。结论:此方法可以进行周边视野缺陷定量分析,为周边视野缺陷的准确分析提供可靠依据。
AIM: Peripheral visual field test is often to estimate the size and location of pathological peripheral visual field according to clinical experience, which has subjective effect. Human peripheral visual field defect quantitative analysis method can decrease the effect of human agent. METHODS:①The peripheral visual field test was using curve plate kampimeter, which reformed traditional instrument, changed recording bullet into recording pen. A series of vicariance pictures were recorded on recording paper. The data was transformed from photos type to digital model based on CCD digital photo system.②abu search algorithm was used to search discrete points to find pathological peripheral visual field curve. Through the comparison between the pathological curve and standard curve, the figure of visual field defect was obtained. The quantitative result of defect area could be got based on the marks in the figure and calculating. RESULTS: ①The picture of peripheral visual field could be drawn with computer. The pathological curve and standard curve were showed in the same view, or put every pathological check result in the same view, which was convenient for analyzing the development or treatment by doctor. ② The figure of visual field defect was obtained and the quantitative analysis result of visual defect area could be got. CONCLUSION: This method can conduct peripheral visual field defect quantitative analysis and provide reliable basis for accurate defect analysis.
