摘要
我国有限公司的法律制度是参照股份公司设计的,资合性的色彩极为突出。根据有限公司的发展历程以及中小企业的特点,有限公司的本质属性应当是人合性。人合性的有限公司更符合中小企业的发展要求,符合世界各国有限公司改革的潮流和趋势。
In this article, the character of limited company is analyzed, and it is considered that people combination is the basic property of limited company. People combination in limited company not only conforms to the features of mediurn - and mini - scale enterpfies, but meets the requirements of business subjects, thus follows the tidal current and trend of limited company reform in each country of the world.
