摘要
利用紫外光谱对两种芳香席夫碱与β-环糊精(-βCD)在不同pH介质条件下形成包结物的可能性进行了研究.结果表明,在中性介质中,双吡啶醛缩乙二胺和双水杨醛缩乙二胺均能与-βCD发生主客体相互作用;在酸性条件下,上述两种希夫碱由于亚胺基质子化均不能与-βCD形成包结物;在碱性条件由于双水杨醛缩乙二胺形成相应的酚盐,也不能与-βCD形成包结物.通过调节pH可以实现对这两种双客体芳香席夫碱与-βCD的相互作用进行有效控制.
The interaction between β-cyclodextrin and Schiff Case under different pH conditions has been studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results indicates that the interaction between his (4- pyridinedeneethylene) diamine or bis(salicylideneethylene) diamine with β-cyclodextrin occurred under neutral medium. However, the interaction did not happened under acidic or basic medium due to protonation of pyridyl in bis(4-pyridinedeneethylene) diarnine or protolytic dissociation of salicyl in his (salicylideneethylene) diamine. The interaction between β-cyclodextrin and both two Schiff bases, therefore, can be effectively controlled by adjusting pH.
