摘要
目的 探讨关节镜下张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 将关节镜下张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折49例的临床效果与传统切开复位内固定治疗髌骨骨折72例的临床效果进行对比分析。结果 本组49例随访7～38个月，平均21个月，与传统切开复位内固定组比较，总体疗效，骨折愈合时间均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 关节镜下张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折手术创伤小，清除关节腔内血凝块、碎骨块彻底，手术感染机会小，关节面复位好，骨折愈合时间短，术后功能恢复好，是治疗髌骨骨折的一种有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effect of patellar fracture by tension band fixation under arthroscopy.Methods To compare the clinical effect of 49 patellar fracture patients treated by tension band fixation under arthroscopy with 72 patellar fracture patients treated by open operation internal fixation. Results 49 patients had been followed - up for 7 ～ 38 months,average 21 months.Comparing with those treated by open operation internal fixation, there were distinctly differences on total treatment effect and patellar fracture concrescence time （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of patellar fracture by tension band fixation under arthroscopy has many advantages, such as less operation damnifieation, lavaging and removal blood clot completely, less infection opportunities, recovery accelerated and function coming back fine,so it is an availability method to treat patellar fracture.
