灵芝多糖对角质形成细胞氧化应激性损伤的保护作用 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨灵芝多糖对H2O2诱导的角质形成细胞氧化应激性损伤的保护作用。方法采用722分光光度计测定培养的人角质形成细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果灵芝多糖可减少H2O2诱导角质形成细胞丙二醛的沉积,增加抗氧化酶的活性。结论灵芝多糖对H2O2诱导的角质形成细胞氧化应激性损伤有保护作用。 Objective To explore the protective effects of Ganoderma polysaccharides against H2O2-induced kerotinocytes oxidative stress. Methods The activity of antioxidases and the content of malonyldialdehyde (MDA) of the cultured kerotinocytes were determinded by biochemical assay. Results Ganoderma polysaccharides reduced the accumulation of MDA induced by H2O2 and enhanced the activity of antioxidases. Conclusion Ganoderma polysaccharides have protective effects against H2O2-induced kerotinocytes oxidative stress.
