摘要
通过正交试验方法,对铸造铝锂合金(Al-3.02Li-4.24Mg-1.26Cu-0.14Zr-0.27Y)的热处理工艺进行了研究,结果表明:采用530℃×14h+190℃×8h的热处理工艺参数,可以使该合金抗拉强度达到295MPa。
The heat treatment process of the cast AI-Li alloy (A1-3.02Li-4.24Mg-1.26Cu-0.14Zr-0.27Y) was studied in this paper by the method of orthogonal test, and the proper process parameters were obtained. According to the experiment results, the tensile strength of A1-3.02Li-4.24Mg-1.26Cu-0.14Zr-0.27Y alloy obtained 295 MPa when the heat treatment process parameters (530℃×14h+190℃×8h) were applied in this experiment.
