摘要
我国现行工程设计项目生产管理方法在市场经济条件下暴露出一些弊端。因此,在分析工程设计项目生产流程、特点和存在问题的基础上,对工程设计项目的工序管理和员工绩效考核,以及推进以工程设计项目为核心配置资源、组织生产等问题进行了认真的思考。
Some drawbacks in the current work management method for engineering design projects in China are revealed under the conditions of market-oriented economy. Therefore, this paper seriously considers the issues such as work process management for engineering design and staff performance examination; and promotion of resources configuration, work organization and so on focusing on engineering design projects, on the basis of analysis on the work process flow, characteristics and existing problems of engineering design projects.
