摘要
介绍了用对乙酰基偶氮氯膦(CPApA)分析陶瓷中微量钪的一种方法。在硝酸介质中,对乙酰基偶氮氯膦(CPApA)与钪有灵敏的β型显色反应,TritonX—100使反应的灵敏度明显提高,摩尔吸光系数可达9.56×104,该法可用于陶瓷中微量钪的测定。
A method for the determination of adsorbed scandium with CPApA is reported in this paper. sensitive β-reaction between CPApA and scandium in 0.48mol/L HNO3 medium in Triton X-100. It has rapid reaction rate, scandium reacts with the reagent to form complex, having an aborption maximum at 724nm. The apparent molar absorpotivity is found to be 9.56×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer' s Law is obeyed for 0.24-0.48 μg/ml of Sc.
