摘要
这里主要针对房地产开发商如何扩大自己的品牌和产量,从而在迅速发展变化的市场中站稳脚跟;以及如何提高产品的价值,增强开发项目的竞争力的问题,从产品策划的科学依据和前期产品策划是价值创造的关键两个方面进行了分析与研究。得出在项目操作中很好地把握人、城市、经济的发展趋势,就能研发出有竞争力的产品,实现项目价值最大化,获得更大的利润空间的结论。
This paper, according to the scientific basis and early stage of product plan which worth the two aspects of the key of product plan, analysed and researched mainly how the developer of real estate enlarges own brand and output in the market of quick development change, how to raise the product value, and how to strengthen the competitiveness that develops project plan. It reached the conclusion that holding person, city and the development tendency of economy well in project operation, can research and develop competitive products, and realize the biggest value of project to get larger profit space.
