摘要
文章介绍了钢纤维的增强机理和钢纤维混凝土在穿城改造原有沥青路面中的应用情况。在对水泥稳定碎石基层和钢纤维混凝土面层试验结果的基础上,提出了行之有效的方法来解决由于钢纤维的掺入而引起的集束效应和团结现象,证实了钢纤维混凝土在城市道路改造工程、路面修补工程的可行性和钢纤维混凝土具有抗拉弯、抗裂、耐磨、耐疲劳等优良的路用性能。它不仅可使面层减薄,缩缝间距加大,改善路面的使用性能,而且还可节省工程维修、养护造价和施工工期的缩短。建议在路面标高受到限制、通车影响、施工工期等因素受到制约时,应优先考虑采用钢纤维混凝土路面。
Steel fiber enhancing strength principle and steel-fiber rein-forced concrete applying in transformation asphalt pavement of passing city project are introduced, and effective methods to resolve assembly and unity phenomenon based on test result in cement mixtures base-layer and SFRC pavement. Feasibility of retaliation city highway engineering and pavement maintenance project is identified, and superior performance of anti-zigzag, anti-crackle, anti-weared stone value and anti-fatigue is certificated. SFRC pavement not only lowers surface layer thickness, decreases crackles and adapts to road use performance, but also cuts transformation price and decreases pavement period. SFRC pavement should be considered to use in restriction of pavement standard, passing traffic and pavement period.
