中蜂与意蜂营养杂交对工蜂苹果酸脱氢酶Ⅱ的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Malate Dehydrogenase Ⅱof Worker Bees on Nutritional Crossbreed between Apis cerana Cerana and Apis mellifera Ligustica

摘要 本研究以中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana)和意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera ligustica)为实验材料,进行中华蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂营养杂交,然后应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳(IEF-PAGE)技术检测亲本和营养杂交后代的工蜂苹果酸脱氢酶Ⅱ的基因型、基因型频率、等位基因频率、杂合度和纯合度,结果表明:经过营养杂交后,杂交后代工蜂的苹果酸脱氢酶基因型发生了变化,并且苹果酸脱氢酶条带位置朝着对方蜂种偏移。 The experiments were conducted with Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera Ligustic a. In this paper, the genotype,genotype frequency,allele frequency,heterozygosity and homozygous degrees of workers' malate dehydrogenase Ⅱ (MDH Ⅱ )were detected by IEF-PAGE. the workers were the offspring of parent colonies and the offspring of hybridization colonies which took place between Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera Ligustica. The result showed that the genotype of workers' malate dehydrogenase (MDH)has changed, and the places of electrophorctie band of MDH are slightly shifted in direction the other honeybees races.
