摘要
运用创新系统方法,着重研究创新系统内各要素相互作用、相互依赖对产业集群创新机制的影响,研究集群如何促进知识和技术的创新和扩散.
It focuses on the innovation mechanism of industrial cluster. With the methodology of combining the innovation system method. It studies innovation headspring from the interaction of participants. Then it puts forwards the view point that innovation comes from the mechanism of professional mutual supplement, the externalization mechanism of knowledge, and the local spread of tacit knowledge among industrial clusters.
