摘要
在注射成型实验的基础上,对扇形制品收缩前后各部分尺寸进行了测量、分析,探讨了扇形制品的收缩特性。结果表明,扇形制品内径收缩率大于外径收缩率,收缩后扇形角度具有变大的趋势。应用该方法也可研究其它特殊形状制品的收缩特性。
The dimensions of fan-shaped plastic parts before or after shrinking are measured and analyzed, and the shrinkage characteristics are discussed based on injection molding experiments. The results show that the shrinkage of outside diameter of fanshaped plastic parts is larger than that of inside diameter, and the angle of fan-shaped plastic parts become larger than the original angle. This method can also be used to study the shrinkage characteristics of plastic parts with other particular forms.
