+Gz作用下兔颅内压的改变 被引量:3

摘要 采用侧脑室插管法记录颅内压的技术,观察不同G值水平及增长率的+Gz作用下兔颅内压变化。结果表明:(1)在增长率和峰值作用时间恒定时,麻醉兔在+3、+5及+7Gz作用下,颅内压降低(P<0.01)。随G值增加,颅内压负值亦随之增大,呈显著负相关。当+Gz解除,颅内压随之恢复,并呈现一过性升高,随后逐渐恢复正常,三种G值时的颅内压瞬时最高值无显著差异。(2)在G值和峰值作用时间恒定条件下,麻醉兔在0.1、1及3G/s三种增长率的+5Gz作用时,颅内压下降(P<0.01),三者之间无显著差异。随增长率增加,颅内压降低速率亦随之增加,颅内压降低速率与增长率呈显著正相关。三种增长率的+Gz解除时,颅内压瞬时最高值无显著差异。提示,+Gz暴露可引起兔颅内压瞬时剧烈变化,颅内压负值随G值的增加而增大,颅内压降低速率随G值增长率的增加而增加。颅内压的瞬时剧变可能是G-LOC及+Gz致脑损害发生机制的因素之一. Change of intracranial pressure (ICP)under different levels of +Gz with differ-ent onset rates were investigatedin rabbits with intubation into lateral ventricles of the brain.The results were:1) While onset rate and duration were kept constant,ICP decreased dur-ing +3,+5and +7 Gz exposures.There was a negative linear correlation between ICP and+Gz level.There were no significant differences among the change rate of ICP[d(ICP)/dt] at the three + Gz levels. ICP increased temporarily immediately after + Gz expo-sure,then returned to normal gradually.(2) While + GZ level and duration were kept con-stant,ICP decreased during + 5 Gz exposures with 0.1,1 and 3 Gz/s onset rates.The de-creases were not significantly different among the three onset rates.There was a positive lin-ear correlation between d(ICP)/ dt and oriset rate.It suggests that the large,rapid fall in ICP during +Gz exposure may be an component in the overall mechanisms of G-LOC and +Gz induced brain damage.
