摘要
国产的各类大型机组支承轴承热态中心究竟会变化多少,以至于冷态安装,对中及瓢偏量预留量到底应该是多少,始终是一个没有搞得太清楚的问题。其后果是有时在带上负荷以后,发现了因热态对中变化而引起了支承负荷及振动过大的故障。本文介绍了一套已开发成功的一种便携式测量系统,其中包括传感器、连通管系统及记录分析系统,以及包括可以分析计算、静挠度曲线、预留量的计算、负荷重新分配、转子动特性的改变等的完整的软件包系统。并且介绍了它们的应用实例。
How much will the bearing center of a domestic made large scale turbo-generator change under thermal state?How much should the misalignment and offset be left to the bearing pedestals in advance during their cold state installation?This is an unsolved question so far in this field.The consequence of this situation is.when the set is loaded,faults of ex- cessive loading and vibration are found sometimes due to the alignment changes under the thermal state.In this paper a set of successfully developed portable measurement system is introduced.It includes transducers,U tube,recording and analysing systems,and the pro- grams used for analysing the static deflection curve,the quantities of the pedestals which should be left in advance during installation,the redistribution of bearings' load and the change of the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system.Finally,an example of practical measurement and analysis is discussed.
