摘要
随着眼科显微手术技术的迅速发展,以往常规手术方法难以治愈的复杂性视网膜脱离,现在通过玻璃体切割视网膜显微手术并行眼内填充而获得满意的疗效。故加强术后的护理是手术成功的关键,尤其是出院前的护理干预。
With the rapid development of ophthalmological micrurgy technique, patients with complicated retinal detachment, once thought as refractory by routine operation before, now can be .settled satisfactorily via undergoing vitrectomy combined with intraocular filling. However, postoperative nursing care of patients is the key point of their success of operation, especially nursing intervention for them before they were discharged from hospitals.
