摘要
文章从儿童肱骨髁上骨折并发肘内翻的发生率、肱骨髁上骨折的分类标准、肘内翻的发生机理、肱骨髁上骨折治疗方法与预防肘内翻、固定位置、肘内翻与BA、CA角6个方面全面总结了近年来国内外治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折及其最主要的并发症肘内翻的研究进展。
From six aspects, incidence rate of children humeral supracondylar fracture coincidence with cubitus varus, separate criteria of humeral, supracondylar fracture, happening mechanism of cubitus varus, therapeutic method of humeral supracondylar fracture and prevention of cubitus varus, fixture place, vubitus varus and the angle of BA and CA, this paper summarized the research progress in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture and its main complication cubitus ranis at oversea or domestic.
