摘要
“两廊一圈”是中国与东盟两大经济体之间既有海上通道、又有陆地通道相连接的地区,地理位置优越,旅游资源类型多种多样,特色鲜明,品位较高,组合良好。旅游业是中越经济合作中最先得益的行业,也是最具有发展前景的行业。“两廊一圈”中越旅游合作的模式是:中越双方实施相同的政策,各方面也通力合作;既发展国内游,也发展出国游,以外向型旅游市场为中心,国际国内跨境旅游相结合,合力将该地区建设成为亚太地区的旅游热点和重点地区,以达到中越两国旅游业“双赢互利,共同发展”的目的。未来“两廊一圈”旅游经济将持续增长,旅游业将给边境地区少数民族脱贫致富带来良好的机遇;中越旅游合作将成为世界经济合作和中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的典范。
＂Two corridors and one ring＂ is a region which links China and the ASEAN economic bodies by seaway and land pass-way. Its situation is superior and its tourist resources is varied, characteristic, highgrade and combined well. Travel cooperation is the first industry benefiting from China-Vietnam cooperation, also the industry of prospect development. ＂Two corridors and one ring＂ travel cooperative pattern is： China and Vietnam implement the same policy, the different fields work in concert too; Regarding broad-oriented travel market as the centre and combining international ,domestic and cross-border travel, China and Vietnam work together to build this region to become burgeoning key region and focus point of the Asia-Pacific region＇s tourism industry, in so as reach the purpose of ＂two wins and mutual development＂. ＂Two corridors and one ring＂ travel economy will increase continuously in future, tourist industry will bring good opportunity to border region minority nationalities to become rich from poverty. The China-Vietnam travel cooperation will become the model of world economic cooperation and China- ASEAN free-trade area construction.
