摘要
目的:探讨中药圣和散对脑恶性胶质瘤术后放疗预后的影响。方法:62例恶性脑胶质瘤(分级ⅢⅣ级)手术全切41例,次全切21例,随机分为两组,a组31例采用圣和散联合放射治疗,b组采用单纯放射治疗。结果:随访2年以上。1、2、3年生存率,a组依次为87.1%、67.7%和61.3%,明显优于b组的71.0%、41.9%和25.8%(P<0.05或P<0.01)结论:SHP能增强恶性脑胶质瘤术后放疗效果,延长生存期。
Objective：To explore the effect of radiotherapy plus Shenghe powder（ SHP） on postoperative high-grade glioma. Methods：From 2001 to 2003,62 patients with postoperative high-grade glioma were divided into a group and b group, 41 patients received total resection ,21 patients received subtotal resection before radiotherapy. Results： All patients were followed up for more than 2 years. 1-,2-,3-year survival rates were 87.1% ,67.7% and 61.3% in a group,and 71.0% ,41.9% and 25.8% in b group respectively, with statistical significance in 2-, 3-year survival rates（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Conclusions： SHP plus radiotherapy may improve the survival time of the patients with postoperative high-grade glioma.
