摘要
目的:分析手术室护理不安全因素的诸多组成元素及管理对策。方法:将不安全因素分类列出、对症解决。结果:有针对性的安全防范措施大大地降低了护理差错的发生率,也大大提高了护理人员护理安全质量的意识。结论:加强手术室护理不安全因素的管理,保证全程、全员、全面质量管理方案的良好实施,使护理安全管理制度化。
Objective Analyze some composition element and the management strategy of the nursing factor of dangerous in operating room. Methods To list the factor of dangerous and solved it. Result Safety containment measure which was to aimdirectly at could degrade incidence of the nursing error manterially,at the same time it could elevation the consciousness of safe qualitative of nursing in nursing staff. Conclusion It could make a good supervising system on nursing security control which to manage the nursing factor of dangerous in operating room ,and warrant to practice in fine about qualily manaoement program whole range,whole member,overall.
