摘要
目的比较利培酮口服液与五氟利多暗服药治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将门诊126例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(利培酮口服液治疗组)和对照组(五氟利多治疗组)。在治疗前及治疗第2、4、8周末采用PANSS评定临床疗效。采用TESS评定药物不良反应,并进行比较分析。结果利培酮口服液的治疗有效率为70.0%,五氟利多的治疗有效率为68.3%,两组疗效无显著性差异,利培酮口服液的不良反应更少。结论利培酮口服液与五氟利多暗服药是治疗精神分裂症疗效及耐受性均好的药物。
Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of risperidone oral solution and penfluridol in the hidden treatment of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 126 outpatients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups randomly and hiddenly treated with risperidone oral solution or penfluridol respectively. The efficacy was evaluated with the Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale（PANSS）,and the safety was evaluated with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） at the beginning and the end of the 2nd,4th and 8th week. Results The proportion of patients who showed clinical improvement was 70. 0% in risperidone oral solution group and 68.3% in penfluridol group. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Risperidone oral solution group showed less side effects. Conclusion Risperidone oral solution and penfluridol are effective and well-tolerated drugs for hidden treatment of schizophrenia.
