摘要
对硅质原料粉煤灰和钙质原材料电石渣进行了化学分析和矿物分析,通过研究原材料对制品的强度、密度、收缩以及抗碳化等性能的影响,提出生产不同强度等级蒸压粉煤灰砖配料方案;研究表明有效CaO含量超过65%的电石渣可等量取代生石灰生产蒸压粉煤灰砖,掺量在8%时可生产MU10~MU15蒸压粉煤灰砖并应用XRD和SEM扫描,分别观察晶体组成及形貌特征,表明含有对强度和耐久性具有改善作用的钙矾石、水石榴石和水化硫铝酸钙。
Researched on chemical analysis and mineral analysis to the fly ash and carbide slag raw materials, such performance as intensity, density , shrinking and carbonization to the products , etc. It analysed the hatching scheme of stream-pressure fly ash brick with different grade of intensity. The experiment indicated that adding 8% of carbide slag could produce MU10- MU15 stream-pressure fly ash brick and the results content the indexes of the criterion on fly ash brick. The crystal component could be observed from XRD and the feature could be observed from SEM. AFt, hydaogarne and calcium aluminate sulfate hydrate could also be observed.
