摘要
目的观察不同剂量的华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染后大鼠粪便中虫卵检出率及肝组织的病理变化。方法分离采自疫区麦穗鱼体内的囊蚴,分别以50、100和200个囊蚴经口感染3组大鼠,同时设对照组。生理盐水涂片法检查大鼠粪便中虫卵,虫卵检出率达100%时宰杀动物,取肝脏作组织切片。结果感染组大鼠感染后第20d粪便虫卵检出率为78.8%;第30d为90.9%;第40d为96.9%;第45d检出率为100%。对照组均未检出虫卵。结论感染后第45d虫卵检出率达高峰;200个囊蚴可作为动态观察宿主状态的感染剂量。
Objective To observe pathological changes of liver tissue and detectable rate of eggs from infected rat feces after rats were infected by different dose of Clonorehis sinensis metacercaria. Methods Metacerearias extracted from pseudorasbora parve in epidemic area were feed rats with fifty, hundred and two hundred respectively. At same time normal group was served as control. The rats were killed and liver tissue slices were taken when the detectable rat of eggs from rat feces was up to 100% .Results The detectable rate of eggs in infected group was 78.8% at twentieth day,90.9% at the thirtieth day,96.9% at the fortieth day,and 100% at the forty-fifth day respectively. No eggs were detected in nolmal control group. Conclusion The pork of detectable rate of eggs may be achieved at 45 days of infection,200 metacercarias are thought as infected dose for dynamic observation of host situation.
