摘要
将焦炭喷洒ZBS添加剂技术应用到高炉的生产实践表明,该技术使高炉保持长期稳定、顺行,增铁节焦作用明显。ZBS添加剂对环境无污染,对人体无害。喷洒ZBS后焦炭的反应性降低了8.45%,反应后强度提高了4.79%。使用ZBS添加剂以来高炉的日平均产量提高330.49 t,每吨铁水日平均入炉焦比降低25.91 kg,炉温波动幅度小,硫含量合格,生铁合格率100%。
The use of coke sprayed with ZBS additive on blast furnace showed that the BF can be operated smoothly with obvious economic effect. The ZBS additive has no pollution to the environment, is harmless to human beings. The CRI of the coke sprayed with ZBS can be decreased by 8. 45 percent, the CSR of the coke increased by 4. 79 percent. By use of coke sprayed with ZBS, the temperture fluctuation in BF can be reduced and the sulphur content in hot metal conforms to the specification.
