摘要
目的 探讨黄芩素对胃癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法 MTT法测定黄芩素对胃癌SGC-7901细胞生长抑制率。TUNEL染色、AO／EB荧光染色测定细胞凋亡率。结果 胃癌细胞呈典型的凋亡形态学改变，凋亡比例呈剂量时间依赖性。TUNEL染色法显示，细胞凋亡指数2．696～16、196。结论 黄芩素具有诱导胃癌细胞凋亡的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of selective lipoxygenase inhibitor baiealein on cell apotosis of human gastric cancer line SGC-7901. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the cell inhibitory rate. The proportion of apoptosis cells detected by TUNEL staining and acridine orange and ethidium bromides （AO/EB） stains. Results After exposure to the drug, SGC-7901 exhibited morphologie features of apoptosis. The apoptie index was （2.6 ±16.1） % by TUNEL assay. Conclusion Baiealein can induce apoptosis of gastric cancer cells.
