摘要
浇注温度作为间接挤压铸造的一个重要工艺参数,对Al-5Cu合金的热裂倾向和力学性能有一定的影响。试验中调节了不同的浇注温度,通过热裂率和热裂系数的结果可知,适当的提高浇注温度有利于减小热裂倾向,获得组织致密的铸件。试验结果表明,在750℃时挤压铸件抗拉强度为273.8MPa,该温度下的铸件经过T6热处理后其抗拉强度为450.0MPa;伸长率在T4状态下为17.6%。
As an important technological parameter in indirect squeezing casting, the casting temperature has some effects on the hot tearing trend and mechanical properties of Al-5Cu alloy. The hot tearing rate and hot tearing coefficient obtained through changing casting temperatures indicate that proper increase of the casting temperature can be helpful to reducing hot tearing trend and to gaining the casting with impact structure. The experimental results show that for the alloy in squeezing casting at 750C , as-cast tensile strength is 273. 8 MPa, and T6 treated tensile strength is 450. 0 MPa, and T4 treated elongation is 17.6%.
