摘要
以凸台型热节为对象,采用ANSYS软件对铸造过程中由于型芯形成的热节进行分析。研究热管结构对压铸模具冷却能力影响的定量关系。结果发现在冷凝长度比为1时,热管直径对换热的影响不明显,但随着冷凝段与蒸发段长度比的增大,其影响显著增大。虽然冷凝管长度比对换热影响明显,但冷凝管内径有一定限度,同时给出了不同冷凝管的长度比值。
Analysis of hot spot resulting from core during casting process was conducted by ANSYS software aiming at the boss hot spot. The quantitative relation between hot pipe structure and cooling ability of partial die casting mould was approached. The results show that although it only slightly affects the heat change with the cooling length ratio of 1, the hot pipe diameter increasingly affects the heat change with the increase of length-diameter ratio.Meanwhile, hot pipe internal diameter has a critical value.The different length-diameter ratios were given.
