摘要
对9F单轴式燃机发生在可倾瓦轴承上的油膜涡动和油膜振荡进行了介绍、分析和诊断。给出了引起汽机高中压转子油膜振荡的定性原因分析,提出了增大油孔、减少轴承宽度的处理措施,油膜振荡故障得到消除。
This paper describes, analyses and diagnoses the oil whirl and whip faults in the tilting pad bearings of the 9F type gas generator set of single shaft. Identify the cause that results in the oil whip of bearing, which support the HP/IP rotor of steam turbine and eliminate the faults, by enlarging the diameter of oil hole and shortening the width of bearing.
