摘要
通过调查分析,从宏观层面指出影响大学生思想政治教育有效性的各种因素。着力从提高对大学生思想政治教育重要性的认识,完善教育的组织管理机制,创新教育的运行机制,建立科学的考核评价机制等四个方面提出对策。
This paper, through certain survey and analysis, shows the main factors standing in the way of our ideological and political education. Also, it points out four solutions such as. enhancing the students＇ awareness, perfecting the management mechanism, bringing new ideas to the operating process as well as forming scientific assessment system.
