摘要
企业物流组织作为物流活动的承担者,对物流绩效的产出起着非常关键的作用。20世纪60年代以来,随着管理技术和信息技术的发展,企业逐步通过组织机构的重组突出物流功能,其演变大致经历了三个阶段:职能分离阶段、职能聚合阶段和过程整合阶段。本文从企业物流组织结构的发展来考察其演变规律,从而为我国企业的物流组织结构设计提供一些启示。
The logistics organization, as the undertaker of the logistics activity, is extremely essential to the achievements of logistics. Since the 1960＇s, along with the development of management and information technology, the enterprise hadgradually stressed on logistics function through the reorganization, the evolution has approximately experienced three stages： function separation stage, function polymerization stage and process conformity stage. The article analyses the evolution roles, to provide some enlightenment for the logistics organization structure design of our country＇s enterprise.
