摘要
目的探讨健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)病人疾病康复及生活质量的影响。方法利用宣传栏、健康教育手册、病友会、个别交流等多元化形式对128例SLE患者进行健康教育,并进行随访1年,了解病人对有关疾病知识掌握程度及遵医行为。结果128例SLE病人对有关疾病知识的了解及康复知识明显高于教育前,建立良好遵医行为。结论健康教育能有效提高SLE病人自我保健意和建立良好遵医行为,对减少并发症和降低复发率,提高生活质量有着十分重要意义。
Objective To study the influence of health--care education on the quality of life and rehabilitation of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients. Methods 128 SLE patients were given health knowledge by several ways such as propaganda column, booklet, meeting of patients, individual talks. The patients were then followed up for one year to get to know how much they knew the disease and how they obeyed the advise from the doctors. Results After health--care education, all the patients knew much more about the knowledge of disease and rehabilitated quickly than before. Most of them were willing to accept the doctor＇s advice. Conclusions Health--care education is useful to help the patients set up good behavior of self--care and obeying the doctors. It is important to decrease the relapse and improve the quality of the patients＇ life.
