摘要
为适应形势发展要求和干部人事档案管理现代化需要,改革现行干部人事档案立卷形式,实行干部人事档案不立卷,有效缓解干部人事档案工作压力,提高工作效率,促进干部人事档案管理科学化、现代化的发展.
To fit in with the requirement of the current situation and the need of modernization of cadres＇ personnel archives management, the mode of setting up cadres＇ personnel archives should be reformed. Those archives do not need to be set up so that the stress of setting them up can be relieved. Therefore, the efficiency can be raised, and the management of cadres＇ personnel archives can be more scientific and modernized.
