摘要
对除去脂溶性物质的当归,进行多糖的提取和粗分离,获得当归多糖.运用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法测定当归多糖酪氨酸酶活性的抑制效率,结果表明:当归多糖对酪氨酸酶活性具有明显的抑制作用,可作为化妆品的天然美白添加剂.
The present paper dealt with the activity of the polysaccharide extracted and isolated from the root of Angelica sinensis which had removed fatty compounds. Using the method of tyrasinase activity assessment by measuring the rate of oxidation of L-dopa, the polysaeeharide was tested after the influence of the tyrosinase activity. The result indicated that the polysaccharide separated from Angelica sinensis inhibited the activity of the tyrosinase, extremely. Therefore, the Angelica sinensis polysaccharide is proved to be prefect effective nature whitening cosmetic agent.
