摘要
介绍了一种较实用的目标管理方案,列出了2个操作性强的图表进行说明。该方案的特点是目标明确、客观完整、可操作性强。文中对目标管理的制定作了初步探讨,通过实际运行其效益明显,有推广价值。
This article introduced a practical MBO scheme, and gave two graphs which operate conveniently to illustrate it. The characteristic of this scheme is that it has clear aim, comes in a objective integrity and operates easily. The establishment of objective was discussed. It was proved to be practical and valuable in application.
