摘要
搭建试验平台的目的就是对开发的电动汽车电机及驱动系统进行在线监控和各种测试,匹配动力系统参数和优化控制策略。提出了模块化方法的试验平台的整体设计方案,重点阐述了基于PCL-1800DA S的数据采集模块和基于U SB-T o-CAN的CAN总线通讯模块的实现。
To build up a test platform for the motor and its drive system of EV is to monitor and test them on line as well as to match system parameters and to optimize the control schemes. Based on method of modulization an overall design for this platform is presented. The realization of the data acquisition system based on PCL-1800DAS and the communication system of CAN bus based on USB-To-CAN card is discussed in detail.
