摘要
将学习型组织理论与高等学校基层党建工作进行对比,可知二者在方法论的层面上具有广泛的一致性,学习型理论的出发点和落脚点是创新,它对基层党建工作有着重要启示:理想的高校基层党组织应当具有知识视野中的学习型组织的特征;高校基层党组织由于其宗旨、组织特征和组织动力与学习型组织理论紧密耦合,因此可以成为学习型组织;研究并主动实践学习型组织的理念、建立基层党组织的共同愿景、鼓励基层党组织的团队学习等方面是高校党建借鉴学习型组织的切入点。
The comparison between learning organization theory and basic-level Party building work in university demonstrates their extensive consistency in methodology. With creation as its starting and ending point, leaming organization theory provides important inspirations for the basic-level Party building work: the ideal basic-level Party organizations in university should be turned into a kind of learning organization from such aspects as practicing the conception of leaming organization, shared prospect of building the basic-level Party organizations, and encouraging the team learning.
