摘要
目的:了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)心血管系统损害的临床特点,减少以心脏损害为主要表现的系统性红斑狼疮误诊发生率。方法:回顾性分析我院自1993年至2005年收治的385例SLE患者的临床资料,总结SLE的心脏损害的临床特点。结果:SLE心血管系统的症状、体征、实验室异常216例(56.1%)。结论:SLE心血管系统累及发病率高,是SLE主要致死原因之一,临床上应重视。
Objective： To understand the clinical characteristic of cardiovascular system damage in systemic lupus erythematosus, to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of systemic lupus erythematosus with cardiovascular system damage. Method： To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 385 patients, with systemic lupus erythematosus from 1993 to 2005, to summarize the clinical characteristic of cardiovascular system damage. Result： There were 216 cases （56.1% ） with cardiovascular system damage in SLE whose clinical symptom, objective sign and laboratory data were abnormal. Conclusion： The incidence rate of cardiovascular system damage in systemic lupus erythematosus is higher, it is one of death cause and it must be thought highly of much.
