摘要
首先分析了废锌锰电池中锌的存在形态及它们在真空下的行为,据此提出了废干电池锌的真空回收方法:在真空条件下,温度为1073K,加入CaO粉末将氯化锌转化为氧化锌并直接还原成锌,从而将废锌锰电池中的各种形态的锌都以金属锌回收。并从热力学角度计算和分析了氧化钙将ZnCl2转化成ZnO以及ZnO的碳真空还原机理和可行性,结果表明:真空降低了氧化锌还原的吉布斯自由能,真空有利于废锌锰电池中锌的还原和提高金属锌的回收率。
We analyzed zincic forms in the spent batteries and their action under vacuum. Based on that we put forward a way for recycling zinc from battery: We crashed battery, added CaO, mixed them, and heated under the condition of 1073 K and vacuum. At last we recovered the metallic zinc. It was analyzed that zinc chloride could be transformed to zinc oxide when adding CaO and zinc oxide could be deoxidized under vacuum condition with thermodynamics analyzing. The results indicate that the vacuum reduces Gibbs free energy of ZnO, and the vacuum is good to advance recycling rate of zinc.
