摘要
我们对２８例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者行经颅多普勤（ＴＣＤ）检查，其频谱有下列改变：①波形圆钝，峰时后移。②脉动指数（ＰＩ）增大。③多数病人血流速度降低，少数伴个别血管血流速度增快。第一种改变为脑血管硬化的表现，第二种改变即ＰＩ增大说明血管顺应性下降，而第三种反映的是脑血管硬化的程度，流速下降说明病变已非早期。上述变化除与病程有关外，还与治疗的早晚，病情控制的好坏有关。
cases of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)were examined bytranscranial doppler(TCD).The results showed:①Doppler wave shape was round and blunt andthe time of wave top was delayed.②Pulse index(PI)was increased.③The blood flow velocitywas decreased in most cases but velecity in a few blcod vessels was increased in a few cases.Thefirst result showed cerebrovascular sclerosis.The second was the increased Pl indicated decreaseof compliance,The third showed the degree of cerebrovascular sclerosis. The decrease velocity wasasign that the disease wasn’t in early stage,Besides course of disease,the above changes were in-volved the time of treatment and control of disease.
