摘要
研究了分别浸渍于NaCl和CaCl2·2H2O水溶液中的水泥砂浆试体受氯离子渗透的现象.研究中,用染色法和滴定法分别测定了氯离子的渗透深度及其在渗透方向上的含量变化.染色法是指硝酸银-铬酸钾溶液染色法;滴定法包括氯离子总含量和游离分量测定法.研究给出了渗透深度与水泥标号、水灰比、养护龄期、水溶液氯离子载体种类和氯离子浓度及试体浸渍时间等实验参数的关系,水泥砂浆的氯离子总含量和游离分量沿渗透方向的变化规律,并用滴定的结果对染色得到的氯离子渗透深度进行了评价.
In this paper the penetration of chloride ions from NaCl and CaCl2·2H2O solution into mortar was studied.The depth of penetration of chloride ions and the variations of their content along the penetration direction were respectively measured by means of colouring and titrating.The research showed the relations among the penetration depth and the experimental parameters such as cement kind, water cement ratio,kind and concentration of chloride ions in salt solution, curing and immersation time,and the tendency to variations of total content of chloride ions and content of free chloride along the penetration direction.An appraisal of applicablility of colouring was finally made.
