摘要
科学发展观强调以人为本,实现经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展。作为科学发展观的本质和核心,以人为本就是要把人民的利益作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点。人是发展的目的,也是发展的手段。在科学发展观的指导下,全面建设小康社会,同样要实现人的发展的全面性、协调性和可持续性。
The concept of scientific development lays much stress on putting people first and bringing about the overall,co-ordinated and sustainable development of economic society. Being the essence and core of this concept, putting people first means regarding people＇s interest as the starting point and standpoint of all our work. People are the aim of development, and means of development as well. Under the guidance of scientific development concept, the building of an overall well-off society also needs to base on the realization of people＇s overall, co-ordinated and sustainable development.
