摘要
以4-氯-1,8-萘二甲酸酐和3-二甲氨基丙胺为原料合成了一种水溶性的荧光单体4-甲氧基-N-(2-N,′N′-二甲基氨基丙基)萘二甲酰亚胺烯丙基氯化铵(4-MNDMAPN-AQ),并得到了最佳的合成条件。通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱等方法对产物结构进行了表征。将该荧光单体与丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚,得到了共聚物AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ。对该共聚物的荧光性质和阻垢性能进行了系统研究,结果表明,该共聚物的荧光强度与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.995 0,检测下限为0.48m g/L。采用硬垢法,在(75±0.2)℃、[Ca2+]=5mm ol/L、[HCO3-]=10mm ol/L、恒温10h、共聚物AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ的质量浓度为2.5m g/L的条件下,该共聚物的阻垢率可达70.78%,与阻垢性能良好的2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸相当,达到了阻垢剂的阻垢分散性能要求,表明该共聚物具有良好的阻垢性能。
A novel water soluble fluorescent monomer, 4-methoxy-N-( 3-dimethylaminopropyl ) naphthalimide allyl chloride quaternary ammonium salt (4-MNDMAPN-AQ), was synthesized from 4- chloro-l,8-naphthalic anhydride and 3-dimethyl amino propylamine. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained, and structure of the product was characterized by means of IR, ^1H NMR and MS. The copolymer AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ from acrylic acid ( AA), acrylamide ( AM ) and 4-MNDMAPN- AQ was prepared. The fluorescent properties and scale inhibition performance of the copolymer were studied in detail. Relationship between fluorescent intensity and concentration of copolymer was linear in concentration range of 1- 8 mg/L. The correlation coefficient ( R ) was 0.995 0. Under optimal conditions: [Ca^2+ ] = 5 mmol/L, [ HCO3^-] = 10 mmol/L, t = (75 ± 0.2) ℃ for 10 h and copolymer mass concentration 2.5 mg/L, the scale inhibition rate could reach 70.78% by means of hard scale determination. Beside possessing fluorescence, the copolymer AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ, as a high performance scale inhibitor, was comparable with 2-phosphono-butane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid which was known as the best scale inhibitor.
