白细胞介素-2(IL-2)是一种多功能细胞因子,通过相应细胞表面的受体发挥多种生物学作用。白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2R)是一种重要的免疫信号传递分子,由α、β、γ三条链组成,分别可形高、中、低亲和度的受体,主要表达于T细胞表面,主要通过STAT途径、MAP激酶途径(丝裂原活化蛋白激酶途径,或Ras/MAPK途径)、PI-3激酶途径(磷酸肌醇3激酶途径)诱导T细胞活化,参与宿主抗病毒、抗细菌等免疫反应。
Interleukin-2 (IL-2), a multifunctional cytokine, plays a major role on immune reacions through combining with its receptor on surface of T cells. Interleukin-2 receptor, an important immune signal transmissible molecule, consists of three subunits, such as α, β and У. The α subunit is a low affinity receptor, the β and У subunits together form an intermediate affinity receptor, which converts to a high affinity form with the co-expression of the of subunit. All of that can be expressed on surface of T cells. Activation of T ceils can be induced by interleukin-2 receptor through signalling pathway of STAT, MAPK, PI3K, and plays key role on antiviral and antibacterial immune reactions.
