摘要
研究了铽-依诺沙星(enx)-邻菲啰啉(phen)络合物作为荧光探针,荧光猝灭法测定三磷酸腺苷二钠(ATP)的新方法。试验结果表明,在pH6.7乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,λex=340nm,λem=545nm时,荧光强度的减小值与ATP的浓度在0.1~10.0mg·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.02mg·L^-1。该体系直接用于三磷酸腺苷二钠片剂中ATP含量的测定,标准加入回收率为98.4%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为2.34%。
The fluorescent complex, Tb( Ⅲ )-Enoxacin-Phenanthroline, was used as a fluorescence probe in the fluorophotometric determination of ATP. It was found that the fluorescence produced by the above mentioned ternary complex was quenched by the presence ATP in an acetate buffer medium of pH 6. 7, and that the magnitude of the decrease in fluorescence intensity kept a linear relationship with the concentration of ATP in the range of 0. 1 to 10. 0 mg · L^-1 of ATP with its detection limit as 0. 02 mg · L^-1 when measured at λex=340 nm and λem=545 nm. In its application to the determination of ATP in drug tablets, RSD was found to he 2.34%, and results of recovery test were in the range of 98. 4% to 104.0%.
