摘要
本文提出一种新型的自聚式CO_2激光器,该激光器的输出透镜一方面起激光谐振腔作用,另一方面起激光束的聚焦作用,使小功率CO_2激光器应用更加实用化。
A new type of CO2 laser is presented. On one hand, its output-lens play a role of laser resonator, on the other hand it play a role in laser beam focusing more feasible application of low power CO2 laser is made.
