摘要
吸附在直角棱镜斜面上的生物分子和有机染料分子膜层,在基波激光作用下,能产生二次谐波和三次谐波信号。由于棱镜的色散作用,在实验中,我们观察到二次谐波与基波在出射棱镜时,成一个α≈33′的小角,这与我们利用光的折射定律计算的结果α≈36′,符合得很好。为此,我们只要精确地测定色散角,并运用折射定律,就可以用来比较精确地估算介质对基波或谐波的折射率。由吸附在光滑透明基板上的分子膜产生的谐波效应,我们首先提供了求解这些介质相应的折射率的方法。
Under the action of the fundamental wave of laser the biological and organic monolayers absorbed on the obliqueness of a right angled prism can generate SH and TH signals, owing to dispersion of prism a small angle a (a≈33′) between fundamental and second harmonic frequoney rays near the boun dary reflectod from prism was observed experimeatally,the measurement of angle a conforms to that the result (a≈36′) was counted by using law of refraction, So if we measure dispersion angle aecurately and make use of law of refraction, we can accurately estimate refractive index of dielectric for the fundamental or harmonic waves. A method was first proposed for solution to refractive index of corrssponding dielectric for molecular monolayers absorbed on the glossy and transparent surface genorate hermonic effect.
