摘要
本文综述了明胶组分分离的几类方法,并比较了它们的特点。根据不同的目的,可依据溶解度,分子形状、大小及电荷性质的差异,对明胶组分进行分离。最后,指出方法自身的改进及多种方法的联合运用将更有助于明胶组分的有效分离。
In this paper, the methods and the properties of component separation of gelatin were reviewed and com-pared. According to different purposes, the differences of solubility, shape and size of molecule and charge prop-erties can be used to separate the components of gelatin. It is indicated that improvement and combined-use of separating methods are necessary.
