摘要
大直径浅圆仓贮料顶面一般为锥面,这种情况下的侧压力计算和上部贮料产生的超压问题非常重要.针对这一问题提出2种计算方法.其中一种是将极限平衡思想直接应用于浅圆仓,得到适合于浅圆仓本身的散料侧压力计算方法;另一种是考虑直线挡墙和浅圆仓情况下,两种散料滑动楔体的形状差别,用二者的体积比来修正Cou lom b公式,从而得到适合于浅圆仓散料侧压力的近似计算方法.依据仓内散料顶面的堆放方式及其破裂面可能方位等因素,考虑两种工况,每种工况选择适合于自身的一种较简单的计算方法.经实仓试验验证了方法的实用性.
The big diameter squat silo is a new type silo introduced and built in recent years. There is no appropriate formula for the calculation of the wall pressures, and the overpressure problem caused by top pile is not well solved yet. To solve these problems, two calculation methods for the wall pressures are proposed. One is by applying the limit equilibrium theory to the stored bulk materials directly, and the other is the modification of Coulomb formula by the volume ratio of two granular materials forms considering the line walls and the squat silos. According to such factors as the top shape of the granular materials in silos and the possible plane of rupture, two cases are discussed, and a simplest analytical method is given for different cases. The methods are validated by the full-sized bunker experiment.
