国外耐热甲基丙烯酸树脂的开发 被引量:2

Development of Overseas Heat Resistant Methacrylate Resin

摘要 详述了国外开发耐热甲基丙烯酸树脂方面所取得的成效,使树脂热变形温度接近和达到聚碳酸酯水平。在总结这类树脂工业化进展的基础上指出了提高树脂耐热性的技术路线:①在主链上引入大体积刚性侧链;②共聚或侧链反应在主链上引入环状结构。文章还介绍了这些新产品的性能和应用前景。 The achievements made abroad on developing heat resistant polymethacrylate resins, especially the research work in which the tHD (heat distortion temperature)of the resins has been increased to be close to that of PC, have been described in detail in the present paper. On the basis of summarizing the commercial developments of these kinds of resins, the technological routs have been presented in order to improve the resistance to heat, including introducing stiff side chains with large volume to main chains or introducing side chains with ringlike structure to main chains by copolymerization or side chain reaction. In addition, the properties and application prospect of these new materials have also been introduced.
