摘要
高校办学规模的急速扩大,势必带来严峻的就业形势。针对山东体院目前面临的就业形势,提出从专业调整、建立人才培养机制、转变观念、建立责任制、加强就业指导和信息服务、自主创业等方面着手,提高体育人才培养质量,畅通就业渠道,提高毕业生就业率。
The rapid enlargement of university scale certainly brings a severe employment situation. Aiming at this severe employment situation at present, it put forward some measures to adjust speciality, set up talent＇ s training mechanism, change idea, set up a responsibility system, strengthen career guidance and information sevice, self-employment, etc., so as to improve personnel training quality, unobstruct the employment channel and in- crease their employment rato.
